 In 1981, the PATCO Air Traffic Controllers embarked on a strike, aiming to address safety concerns and secure better working conditions. President Reagan's firm response shocked the nation, resulting in the firing of 11,345 controllers. "Grounded in Struggle" explores the personal stories of three individuals, Greg, Tracey, and Dominic, whose lives were forever changed by the strike, as they navigate its aftermath and fight for justice amidst the erosion of labor unions in America.
